  1. Guaranteed: If you have purchased our product and for some reason, you have not received it by email, you have a lifetime guarantee that we will deliver it again if you contact us. (Just enter your order number and email.)
  2. Payment: All payments for digital products must be made in full before the product can be downloaded. Payment can be made via the payment methods provided on the website.

    We will not send files by email if the transaction is pending due to numerous scams.
  3. Refunds: We do not offer refunds on any digital products purchased through the Torus INK website. Once a purchase is made, it is final. Due to numerous scammers where customers bought the product, downloaded it to their iPads, and then demanded a refund to get the product for free.
  4. Please read the product description carefully before purchasing. Most of the products are for the Procreate App, not Photoshop or other graphics software. If you make a mistake when buying, it is possible to exchange the product for another one, e.g. a font or a 3d model, and we do not refund the money in this case either.
  5. Exchanges: If you are unhappy with your digital product purchase, we offer exchanges for other products of equal value. Exchanges must be requested within 30 days of the original purchase and will be subject to availability.
  6. Ownership: All digital products sold on the Torus INK website are the property of Torus INK and are protected by copyright laws. The unauthorized use or distribution of our products is strictly prohibited.
  7. Liability: Torus INK is not liable for any damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or other incidental or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use our digital products.
  8. Changes to Terms and Conditions: Torus INK reserves the right to modify or update these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
